FIND NEW RESTAURANTS THAT ARE GREAT AT VEGGIE - AND AT EVERYTHING ELSE
We analyse ‘omnivorous’ restaurants that offer something for everyone. That’s because when we started eating more plant-based food, our own biggest challenge was integrating it with our social life. In addition to our analysis, we show you the Google ratings of restaurants. That’s to ensure that all your friends, including the meat lovers, will love the restaurants we recommend.
SEARCH AS YOU NORMALLY WOULD
Food is not all about ‘dietary requirements’. Unfortunately, it can feel a bit like that when you first try to eat more plant-based dishes. We want to go old-school on this one: Search by area, cuisine and price, just as you normally would. We’ll then show you which of the restaurants that fit your criteria have the greatest veggie variety and offer plant-based main dishes.
HUNDREDS OF INDEPENDENT LONDON RESTAURANTS
We manually analyse restaurants’ menus area by area. If we tried to automate it we’d only be able to show you chains. The great news is that you’ll get lots of new restaurant ideas and we cover restaurants that don’t have the PR budget to tout about their veggie food. The less great news is that we can’t scale as fast - so please hang in there!
KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT
We show you the number of veggie mains you can expect on the a la carte menu. We also show you what percentage of the restaurants mains is veggie (a high percentage means they focus on it more, which means that dishes can be tastier and more creative). We also tell you whether the restaurant offers vegan mains on their a la carte menu.
Our ratings also consider how easy it is for you to order plant-based. That’s because we want you to have a great experience ordering veg - even if you don’t like asking for it!
BOOK OR GET DIRECTIONS
We don’t operate our own booking system, so we’ll forward you to the ones the restaurants already use, like OpenTable. We also connect you to Google Maps so you can easily find the restaurant you selected.
